Emergency Plan
Having completed its work, the Emergency Plan Committee was dissolved in June 2025. The Emergency Plan is now under review by the Personnel & Standards Committee.
Neighbourhood Plan – Development (Closed – May 2026)
The Littlemore Neighbourhood Plan was created by an independent working groups of community members, formed for the specific purpose of creating Littlemore’s first Neighbourhood Plan. The work of this group is funded by the Parish Council.

The Neighbourhood Plan was ratified by Public Referendum in January 2026 and is due to be Made by Oxford City Council at their Full Council meeting in July 2026. Thus the work of the Neighbourhood Plan working group is now complete. This section exists to provide access to historical records of meetings.
We wish to thank all members of the public and Parish Councillors who worked so hard to bring the Neighbourhood Plan into existence.
